ARCHER Technical Forum Webinar

The next in our monthy open web meetings will be at 3pm on Wednesday 26 February 2014. The meeting will consist of a short presentation followed by open discussion.

This month's presentation is from Nick Johnson:

Python for HPC: Tools and performance

At this week's forum I will give an overview of Python on the ARCHER service. I'll cover where, when and how you can run Python, which modules are available and how you can add your own modules.

I'll also look at some of the issues of running Python codes at scale on HPC services and potential solutions that may alleviate some of these.

Representitives from all aspects of the ARCHER service will be present at the meeting so please feel free to share any feedback and ask any questions.
