I have a BSc degree in Renewable Energy Technology from the University of Dundee and have interests in decentralised energy conversion systems, their impact onto the existing power grid and smart-grid technologies. Currently at the ICSS, I am working under supervision of Prof Paul Lewin on mapping and classification of Partial Discharge using, above all, chaotic analysis.
I have so far worked on the engineering aspect of solar energy generation technologies, specifically on identifying tracking strategies and optimal tracking strategy development using short range cloud dynamics estimations, by means of ground based and remotely sensed imagery, as well as short and long range solar power predictions.
