I am a postgraduate research student with the EPSRC centre for doctoral training in Next Generation Computational Modelling (NGCM). My research concerns the applicability of optimal control theory to pulse design problems in quantum information processing and atom interferometry. My research involves computational modelling and numerical optimisation of laser pulses for coherent control of ultra-cold atomic systems.
I completed my undergraduate studies in physics at Oriel College, University of Oxford. Whilst there I developed a deep interest in quantum information processing and emerging quantum technologies.
