Postdoctoral position in computational magnetism at University of Nebraska-Lincoln

The initial appointment will be for one year. Extension of this appointment may be possible upon satisfactory performance, mutual agreement, and availability of funding. Candidates must hold a PhD degree in physics or a closely related subject and have working knowledge and experience in the theory and practice of first-principles calculations. Desirable qualifications include excellent background in solid state physics, ability to communicate with collaborators including experimentalists, as well as strong personal motivation and creativity.
