AIMS & SCOPE
Nature employs spatio-temporal dynamics for computation and exhibits intriguing capabilities in overcoming computationally difficult challenges. Unconventional computing research so far has been largely inspired by information processing in nature at all scales (physical, chemical, and biological). The workshop aims to facilitate exchanges between explorers in a wide spectrum of novel computing systems, including wet-lab experimentation, software modelling, and hardware implementation, who are struggling to find those "hidden gems" of natural computing. We welcome young scientists (PhD students, postdocs) who are eager to interact with each other beyond disciplines.
