  • ‘Usability Testing' Cerys Willoughby, IBM Making information technology accessible to people with disabilities. This presentation gives an overview of what accessibility is and how it applies to technology. Different types of disabilities are discussed, and examples of technologies that are available to make software and websites accessible is provided.

  • ‘Designing for Accessibility’ Cerys Willoughby, IBM What is usability, and how can you test for it? This presentation gives an overview of what usability is, why it is important, and how you can design software and websites for usability. The presentation also covers how you can evaluate usability and the techniques available for testing usability.
