The candidates for PhD Research Assistant positions should have strong analytical and algorithmic skills.
The post-doctoral candidates should have a strong background in bioinformatics (especially involving algorithms). Familiarity with motif search algorithms will be a plus. They must have received or be very close to getting their PhD’s. Publications in relevant Bioinformatics venues are expected.
