BSc, MSc in Physical Geography, University of Durham (2007-2011).
I am a postgraduate research student working between the Institute for Complex System Simulation and the Department of Geography. I specialise in spatial epidemiology, with a particular interest in how agent-based modelling techniques can be used as an alternative apporach to traditional compartmentalised epidemioloigcal models.
I am currently working with the Dynamic Drivers of Disease in Africa Consortium (DDDAC) with the aim of constructing an accurate agent-based model of sleeping sickness in the rural Eastern Province of Zambia.
