Current Member of the Fluid Structure Interactions Research Group as an Engineering Doctorate Research student.
Research activities surround the strength assessment of damaged ship structures to improve structural assessment in an emergency situation. The research is currently utilising a large amount of Finite Element Analysis through the use of ANSYS FEA software.
